Want Peace, Prosperity, and Happiness? Try Rajyoga Meditation
What does every human on earth want in life? It’s always peace, prosperity, and happiness, right? Although the definitions of happiness vary from person to person, the ultimate goal is to achieve happiness and peace. Everyone’s way to achieve it is different. Some worship God, some go for trekking or traveling in the company of nature, some go towards meditation and yoga. However, I used to assume that meditation is a part of the exercise and not my cup of tea because I am very irregular and lazy as far as exercise is concerned. It takes a lot of patience. But when I started practicing Rajyoga meditation, I started to actually enjoy it.
What Is the Need of Meditation?
As we all know that meditation is a mental exercise that makes you explore yourself’ from within. It detoxifies all negativity from your mind like anger, stress, tensions, fears, and anxieties. In the current situation of war and pandemics when the surrounding world is facing many negative feelings, meditation is a ray of hope to conquer those and remain calm and stable.
What is Rajyoga Meditation?
The word ‘yoga’ means to connect and ‘Raj’ means the king. RajYoga means a connection of a soul to the Supreme Soul and becoming the master of the body, mind, and intellect. Your soul is the king of your sense organs and thoughts. The uniqueness of Rajyoga Meditation is that God himself has incarnated on this planet to teach us this amazing Rajyoga and give us the kingdom of Sukhdham for 21 births. It is the process of God-realization through Self-realization. It teaches you to conquer all vices like lust, anger, attachment, greed, and ego.
Three Steps in Rajyoga Meditation
Realize Self
The first step in Rajyoga meditation is to realize self first. As described in my first blog post, we are all souls, a point of light. If you have not gone through it yet, please click here to read it first. Spirituality starts with a journey within the self. So, you need to understand that you are a soul and not your body. Once you become soul-conscious, you start emerging the original qualities of the soul that are knowledge, purity, peace, love, happiness, bliss, and power. There are many affirmations called ‘Swaman’ to practice daily so that we can achieve a natural soul-conscious stage.
Realize and Remember God
Once you achieve the self-realization stage of being soul-conscious, you then connect with God who is our spiritual father. You can connect with God in four stages: His Introduction, Relationship with God, Love Relationship with God, and then Achievement from Him. In my earlier blog posts ‘Who is God for You? -part1′ and ‘Who is God for You? – part2’, we have seen what is God’s form, His duty, His residence, and His qualities.
We can establish a relationship with Him as our mother, father, brother, friend, or even lover. Once we connect with God and establish a close relationship with Him, the next step is to derive His powers within our souls. Once you practice regularly and sincerely, you will soon feel God’s connection with your soul.
Spread the Powers and Virtues Taken from God To All Souls
The purpose of Rajyoga Meditation is not only to benefit ourselves but also the world surrounding us. So, the next step is to spread the powers and virtues that we take from the Supreme Soul to all the souls in the world. This is called giving Sakash. With this Sakash, you can send the positive vibrations of love, peace, power, happiness, health, and bliss to all souls including the five principles of His creation. You feel like you have achieved their blessings. These blessings are the precious spiritual earnings that will help you in the long term.
What Are the Benefits of Rajyoga Meditation?
Well, the benefits of Rajyoga Meditation are unlimited. Because who is the teacher? The Supreme Soul. You not only come to know the truth of life but also achieve true purity, peace, happiness, bliss, love, and spiritual powers. Your life changes completely and you learn to face any negative situation fearlessly with dignity and confidence. You learn to be stable in all circumstances no matter what. This is because we get God’s company every second in life. He becomes our father, teacher, and guide to lead a better life.
What Did I Achieve With Rajyoga Meditation?
Before Rajyoga Meditation
It’s been just one year since I have started practicing Rajyoga Meditation and I have achieved incredible benefits from it. There were many ups and downs in my personal life. It was full of stress, anxiety, anger, and whatnot. Earlier, before knowing about Rajyoga, I used to read self-help inspirational books and watch motivational videos to boost myself. But still, I needed some practical remedy for improving my lifestyle. I used to have a very unhealthy lifestyle like waking up very late by 9-9.30, not doing exercises, eating junk food, and so on. In the lockdown period, I became very lazy and did not have much enthusiasm for doing anything.
After Rajyoga Meditation
My friend Swati suggested I do this Rajyoga Meditation course of 7 days and it is totally free of cost. So I did it and my life took a 180-degree turn. My lifestyle has totally changed. I now wake up very early in the morning which gives me more time. I enjoy my freelance work with more enthusiasm. Moreover, now I cook my food myself trying new recipes from youtube (earlier I never used to enter the kitchen. Now you understand what a drastic change it is! ;)). My anger and anxiety have reduced a lot. My close friends also have noticed the change in me.
These are all outer changes. What change I have discovered from within is the speed of my thoughts has decreased considerably and it has converted to positive thinking only. I remember the Supreme Soul and feel His company in every thought and action. And consequently, I always finish my tasks successfully within time. I feel happy and peaceful from within. All my needs in health and wealth get fulfilled. What more do you want in life?
When Can You Do Rajyoga Meditation?
The best thing about this Rajyoga meditation is that it doesn’t involve any rituals or chanting. Another thing is you can do it with open eyes. You only need to give your time from a minimum of one hour to any longer duration as per your wish and convenience. The best time is early in the morning, 3.30 a.m to 4.45 a.m. which is called Amritvela. You can practice it even during the day while doing your daily tasks in-home or office. It is called Sahaj Rajoyga meaning it is very easy to practice.
Conclusion
So, to conclude, if you want to achieve happiness, peace, and prosperity in this outer vicious world, do the 7 days course of Rajyoga Meditation and experience the positive change in your life. You can approach the nearest Brahma Kumaris center and start the spiritual journey today!

Deep insight!!!
Hey there great website! Does running a blog such
as this require a large amount of work? I’ve no knowledge of computer programming however I
was hoping to start my own blog in the near future.
Anyway, should you have any suggestions or tips for new blog owners please share.
I know this is off subject nevertheless I
simply needed to ask. Cheers!
I’m amazed, I must say. Rarely do I come across a blog that’s equally educative and interesting, and without a doubt, you have hit the nail
on the head. The problem is an issue that too few people are speaking intelligently about.
I’m very happy I came across this during my hunt for something regarding this.
